The 3rd International Conference on Educational System Management Leadership (ICESML 2024)
The Division of Educational System Management Leadership, Department of Educational Policy Management and
Leadership, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with the Teachers Council of Thailand and
Teachers College, Columbia University, USA, organized the 3rd International Conference on Educational System
Management Leadership (ICESML 2024) under the theme "Education System Redesign for Creating a Better World for
All" on May 31, 2567, from 09:30 to 16:30 via an online platform.
The conference aimed to exchange knowledge and experiences among students, professors, officials, and stakeholders, both Thai and international, about educational management concepts and policies in the present and future. Additionally, it aimed to create a collaborative network for the development of teachers and educational administrators in driving educational management knowledge forward.
The conference was divided into two sessions. In the morning session, there were opening remarks by Associate Professor Siridej Sujiva, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Education and Acting Vice President of Chulalongkorn University, followed by two special lectures: "Preparing Students and Teachers for the Future" by Professor Pam Grossman, Ph.D., Former Dean of the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, USA, and "Education System Redesign for Creating a Better World for All" by Assistant Professor Phonraphee Thummaphan, Ph.D., Deputy Secretary-General of the Teachers Council of Thailand.
In the afternoon session, academic papers were presented through the online Research Symposium system, including Poster Presentations in a Virtual Exhibition format and Oral Presentations on five topics: 1) Educational System, 2) Educational Leadership, 3) Educational Policy, 4) Educational Management, and 5) Educational Human Resource Management.
There were 45 presentations from 16 countries worldwide, and over 350 participants registered for the conference.
This year's conference also received honors from faculty members of top universities worldwide who served as Conference Committee members, including:
