เมื่อวันที่ 21-23 เมษายน 2565 สาขาวิชาบริหารการศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยร่วมกับหน่วยปฏิบัติการวิจัยการพลิกโฉมระบบการศึกษาเพื่อสร้างนวัตกรและวิสาหกรจัดการประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ The 1st International Conference on Educational System Management Leadership (ICESML 2022) ภายใต้หัวข้อ “School Leadership Responsive to National Development in the Disruptive Future” ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ โดยมีรศ.ดร.ศิริเดช สุชีวะ คณบดี กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมการประชุม มีผู้ลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกว่า 700 คน
การนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เยาวชน และกีฬา ประเทศกัมพูชา และดร.คุณหญิงกัลยา โสภณพนิช รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ประเทศไทย ที่ได้มาร่วมในการเสวนาของการประชุมในครั้งนี้ และขอบคุณคณะกรรมการการจัดการประชุมจากมหาวิทยาลัยในต่างประเทศที่ได้มีส่วนสนับสนุนในการประชุมและผู้เข้าร่วมการประชุมจากทั้งประเทศไทยและ 18 ประเทศทั่วโลก ท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนแปลงครั้งใหญ่ของเศรษฐกิจ สังคม สิ่งแวดล้อม และเทคโนโลยีในยุคพลิกผัน ระบบการศึกษาจำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว เพื่อผลิตและพัฒนาคนที่มีคุณภาพเพื่อจะสามารถตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงในปัจจุบันและเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคต
คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ได้จัดการประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ The 1st International Conference on Educational System Management Leadership (ICESML 2022) ครั้งนี้ขึ้นเพื่อเป็นเวทีสำหรับนักการศึกษาจากประเทศไทยและทั่วโลกสำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการและการแบ่งปันประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับความเป็นผู้นำทางการศึกษาในช่วงเวลาที่ท้าทายการของการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดต่อเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019
รศ.ดร.ศิริเดช สุชีวะ กล่าวตอนท้ายว่าการประชุมครั้งนี้ผู้เข้าร่วมจะได้เรียนรู้จากการบรรยายพิเศษจาก Keynote Speaker เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Workshop การนำเสนอผลงานวิชาการทางด้านบริหารการศึกษาและความเป็นผู้นำทางการศึกษา ผ่านการอภิปราย แลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดและประสบการณ์ที่จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนามุมมองใหม่ของเราในการเป็นผู้นำโรงเรียนและผู้นำการศึกษาในยุคพลิกผันที่จะเป็นส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาประเทศต่อทั้งในระดับชาติและระดับนานาชาติ
